Policies and Procedures
All appointments require a deposit. No extra people unless being serviced that includes children. If you have an appointment for nails there is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes there is a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged for 50% of the service. If you have a nail appointment scheduled, please be advised we do not work over other nail techs' work.
If you have a hair appointment scheduled, there is a 10-minute grace after 10 minutes there is a $20 late fee, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
